This is a feature provided by the SQL Param plugin.  The plugin
inspects SQL that is executed for :param patterns and allows you to
replace them each time the SQL is executed.  You can disable the
plugin by opening the plugin summary (Plugins -> Summary) and
unchecking the "Load at Startup" checkbox.  You will need to then
restart SQuirreL for the change to take effect.
