Search for Oracle Driver 8.1.7

Hello:

Please, I am searching Oracle 8.1.7 JDBC driver, I have inspected Oracle home but didn't find the file named oracle14.jar that I suspect works properly.  What should I use ?. Can anybody helps me ?
