There isn't an easy way to do this at present. I began building a differencing plugin a while back, but it's still in the experimental phase of development. That said, one technique which is fairly labor intensive is to create a data script for each table, save the script as a file, then compare the scripts using a graphical diff tool like WinMerge. To create a data script, you would right-click on the table and choose "Scripts -> Create Data Script". To create a table structure script, you would use "Scripts -> Create Table Script". For this you need to have the SQL Scripts plugin installed which is part of the "standard" set of plugins.
