can't start client, LiquidLookAndFeel not found

Hello,
When I try and start the client, I get the following:

I have tried using the -m and -n options, but I get the same results.

Host info:
OS: OpenSuse Linux 
10.2
Java: 1.5.0 update 10-2.1

is there a way to bypass this Liquid look and feel outside of the -n option?
