Just a few questions: 1. What is the version of the Oracle server? 2. What is the name of the jdbc driver jar file that you are using? 3. What is the exact jdbc url you are using (please replace actual hostname/ipaddress with <host>) 4. What version of Java are you using to run SQuirreL with? 5. What Operating System is the Oracle Server running on? Is SQuirreL running on the same machine? If not what is the OS of the machine that SQuirreL is running on?
