2 GUI bugs in JDK 6 RC

I'm running Squirrel 2.3.1 on linux with java version "1.6.0-rc"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0-rc-b104)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.6.0-rc-b104, mixed mode, sharing)

I have two minor and maybe easy to solve bugs. 

1) In the sql window there is a combobox with the previously entered
queries. There's a button with an arrow that places the selected query
in the editor text area. It does not work. And the combo box cannot be
opened. It closes immediately.

It works perfectly if I run java 1.5.0_08.

2) In the alias selection panel, when squirrel is just started there is
a selected alias but clicking in the connect button does not connect.
Clicking a second time is needed. Maybe there's a selection lost even
when the alias appears selected.

Since java 6.0 is already a Release Candidate, maybe it is time to start
looking at this kind of bugs.

Sorry for reporting bugs on almost released software, but I really love
squirrel and java 6 is so much better in a desktop system I hate
switching back to java 1.5.
