Here is the .bat file I used to build with BCB 5:

--begin bat file

bcc32 -4 -k -v -y -Od -a8 -c -R -d -ff -pc -n.\ -DNO_TCL;_DEBUG
..\c_src\*.c

ilink32 /v -C -x -Tpd -t c0d32x.obj random.obj select.obj opcodes.obj
shell.obj table.obj tclsqlite.obj tokenize.obj trigger.obj update.obj
util.obj vdbe.obj where.obj btree.obj build.obj delete.obj expr.obj
func.obj hash.obj insert.obj main.obj os.obj pager.obj parse.obj
printf.obj, sqltdb.dll, , cw32mt.lib import32.lib, ..\bcb\sqltdb.def,
..\bcb\sqltdb.res

--end bat file

And it outputs the .dll, but as I have pointed out in the past, the
functions return errors (malloc failure) and codeguard reports several
buffer underruns, but whilst using VC++, the .dll works fine.
