Re: Compile into lib/dll

to make sqlite.lib
type in command line
nmake -f makelib.mvc

to make sqlite.exe
type in command line
nmake -f makeexe.mvc

The lib is static released version.
The exe is also released version.

The above makefiles are tested with sqlite 2.7.1 zip
archive specially for windows. Hope will work with
other version of sqlite.
