Quick summary of what is happening on date formating and empty fields:

A bug has been found that causes problems with dates when the text is 
ambiguous (eg. 7th Jan as 07/01 or 01/07 depending on US-or-not locale). I'm 
working on a fix to allow rekall to decode date strings given the format 
string.

Re empty/null fields in table data view, I propose that when a column is 
null-ok then the fields automatically get the equivalent of the form field 
"empty is null" setting, so that empty dates/times can be stored (if the 
date/time column allows null)

Sound OK?
