Its being worked on. In principal you can use the OSX native QT, but there may be some build issues to work out.

It looks like static constructors in dynamically loaded libraries cause problems on OSX; 2.3 is being worked over to remove these, so it might be a better bet. This code should appear in CVS shortly (the code currently in CVS is 2.3 but prior these changes).

When will this be done?
