Strange inconsistency between smart_ and hddtemp_smartctl temperature readings

Hello,

I'm looking at the graphs from far away and wondering, is our server 
going to have a meltdown, or is it just a misreading on the plugin part. 
I hope it's the latter.. looks like it anyway ;)

So, down to the problem:

smart_ plugin is reading stable temperatures of 121 on sda, while 
hddtemp_smartctl plugin is reading a stable 26-28. Any ideas why?

Here's the hddtemp output from smartctl:

Is hddtemp_smartctl reading the last value and smart_ the first?
