Munin does not have a log rotator of it's own because log rotation
is generally done by the platform. The maintainer of a package would
tell the OS on installation whcih logfiles to rotate etc.

The only way how this can be related is that you have the logs in the
same filesystem as the PNGs, and the filesystem fills up.

Depends on your platform and the way you installed Munin.
