Todo items for developers...

Hi All,

Here are a few more todo items for anyone interested in working on
psqlODBC. Please let the list know if you wish to work on one.

- Doc updates. Update the documentation (or rewrite it completely) with
all the current driver options, and compilation instructions.

- Cleanup the configuration dialogues (but don't change the font as it's
there for multibyte reasons). Add tabsets for clearer presentation, and
lose the sub dialogues.

- Add a 'Test DSN' button top the dialogues to allow testing of basic
DSN settings.

- Cleanup Unicode/ODBC Version #ifdef's now that we're supporting just
ODBC3/Unicode throughout.

- Check each of the bugs logged on Gborg, confirm those that can be
recreated, close those that cannot (it will need one of Peter, Bruce or
myself to actually close them). Patches for confirmed bugs would be even
better :-)
