Problems compiling CVS under Windows: msg#00043 db.postgresql.odbc

When trying to compile ODBC30 e ODBC25 from CVS, i obtaing the following error:

The problem does not present when i compile ODBC Unicode (win32_30w.mak).

What i'm missing?
