latest 7.2 drivers

I downloaded the supposedly latest stable build of the 7.2 JDBC drivers and
the Timestamp problem is still there. I had to get the dev build to get the
fix. Also, when I tried to download the jar in Mozilla, its mime type was
set as text...very wierd.
