DbVisualizer 2.1 exeptions

i'm trying to use DbVisualizer with my postgres 7.21
(database was compilled --with-java, for DbVisualizer 
i'm using org.postgresql.Driver from pgjdbc.jar), 

but getting an error. maybe the url path is wrong?
i'm using "localhost".
