I say add the whole thing. The readme tells 'em how to use it, and the
PostgreSQL file is the script. The StartupParameters.plist file is required
by OS X, as well. The PostgreSQL directory should be left, too, as OS X
requires that the directory and the startup script have exactly the same
name. The rest, in the resources directory, is localized startup messages
(mostly done poorly, I'm sure). If you want to leave out the resources
directory, you can, but the rest is required.
