initdb -> not found cygcrypt-0.dll

Hi everybody!
I'm trying to install cygwin (version 2.416) on Windows 2000 (I'm 
following the instruccions from http://www.sitepoint.com/print/1233).
I have a problem. When i try to execute "initdb ..." on cygwin this 
error is displayed:
"..not found cygcrypt-0.dll on ..." (all paths included in my 
environment PATH, this PATH includes cygwin/bin, of course).
Any idea will be welcome!
