Bug #900: Win32 Postgres ODBC driver does not allow 2 connections to a database at the same time

Jim Kardias (jkardias@xxxxxxxxxxx) reports a bug with a severity of 2
The lower the number the more severe it is.

Short Description
Win32 Postgres ODBC driver does not allow 2 connections to a database at the 
same time

Long Description
You cant connect to two data sources with the postgres 7.02.0005 driver at the 
same time.

I tried it from VB, but to keep it simple use MS access to link to two 
different Postgres databases, you will get a pg_hba.conf error.

You can connect to each fine but not at the same time.
