Hi. My personal point of view is: - if you are talking about server-side development then PL/SQl is by far and large the best choice. I have seen few people really trying to use Java in the server - Oracle Forms is a tool that won't be around for many more years and I don't think there is a point in learning it now. If you already know Oracle Forms then there are some legacy application you will be able to work with, but few new projects are designed for Oracle Forms - That's why I say that when thinking about the application side then the first decision is about the platform you want to work with: J2EE or .NET. If it is J2EE then you will stick to Java. If it is .NET you will want to learn C#, VB or ASP.
