If the user is already connected to a controller and he/she connects again to 
the
same controller, the operation succeeds without any visual feedback.
This can be confusing if the user tries to connect to the same controller
but using another name (e.g. 1st connection with an IP address, 2nd
connection to the *same* controller with a domain name).

When connecting a 2nd time to a controller, the console should display
an info dialog window stating to the user that he is already connected to the
controller
