Hi, Guy - The most obvious way to kill anything in a Windows environment is to note the PID you want to kill from the MySQLAdmin then pop the task manager. Select the processes tab. Then, select the corresponding PID. If for some reason, the PID column is not in numerical order , you can sort the list by PID by clicking on the header. HTH. vh -- \ / Virginia R.
