Solaris 8, Cold Fusion 5, MyODBC 3.51: msg#00101db.mysql.odbc
Hello everyone, I hope someone here can help me. I'm trying to get the Cold Fusion 5 to work with MySql 4.0.18 on Solaris 8, using MyODBC 3.51. Does anyone have any experience with that? So far I did the following (there were instructions somewhere on the internet): 1. Install CF5 (Solaris package), installed in /usr/local/coldfusion 2. Install MySQL (Solaris package), installed in /usr/local/mysql 3. Install unixODBC 2.2.2 (Solaris package), installed god knows where 4. Install MyODBC 3.51.06 (from source), installed in /usr/local/MyODBC Then I edit /usr/local/coldfusion/odbc/odbc.ini and add my server. The Cold Fusion administrator shows the new data source, but when I click verify, it doesn't work. I wrote a small cold fusion query to use that DSN, but I get ------------- ODBC Error Code = IM003 (Specified driver could not be loaded) Specified driver could not be loaded The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFQUERY), occupying document position (3:1) to (3:57). ------------- Does anyone have any ideas? Any help is really welcome. Thanks, Marko -- MySQL ODBC Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/myodbc To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/myodbc?unsub=gcdmo-myodbc@xxxxxxxxxxx
