RE: Access 2000 timing out?: msg#00082db.mysql.odbc
It's apparent that your database is timing out, but it doesn't have anything to do with the ODBC. This is a setting that you need to make in the mysql client itself. Either using your MySQLCC or the mysql client, change your global settings of NET_READ_TIMEOUT and NET_WRITE_TIMEOUT. By default they are set to 30 minutes and 60 minutes, respectively. You could also change your CONNECT_TIMEOUT settings, but I don't think that will help you. Hope this helps...
