Access 2000 timing out?: msg#00078db.mysql.odbc
I have a user who works with Access 2000 on linked tables to MySQL 4.0.4-beta (I probably should upgrade soon) over MySQL ODBC 3.51.06. As far as I know, I've upgraded the Jet engine and everything else on Access. Anyway, she's complaining that it's having problems after being left open for quite some time. She ideally wants to leave it open all day long and make updates and reference information when necessary. I thought someone here might recognize this problem and be able to point me in the right direction.
