PATCH for mysqlhotcopy for new --addtodest option

I added this option to our mysqlhotcopy in production some months ago.

Our DBA has (rightly) nagged me to do a formal patch for inclusion
in future mysql releases.

Here it is. Please let me know if there are any problems with it.
