missing LIBMYSQL.dll

I compiled the mysql++ and make my own program that
writes to mysql database, and everything worked fine.

Now i did the same thing on another computer, but now
when i run the programm (or sample1 in mysql++) i get
an error "LIBMYSQL.dll was not found.

Why is that?
