Mingw and MSVC 2005 Binaries

To help many people with the library building, i have uploaded a binary
distribution of the above compilers, it includes debug as well as release
versions, with different names.

There are a few notes for mingw:

  If you encounter some linker problems please add --enable-runtime-relocs
flags to linker.

The files included are:
  libmysqlpp.dll, libmysqlpp_d.dll, libmysqlpp.dbg mingw binaries.
  mysqlpp.dll, mysqlpp_d.dll, mysqlpp.pdb MSVC binaries.
  libmysql.dll official version 5.0.16
  headers for all the above.
