Please read the arguments at the top of README.vc.  If you're still not 
convinced, search the recent mailing list archives for more arguments. 
We've been over this ground many times before.  We didn't move away from 
providing project files just to be mean.  We have good reasons for doing 
this.

If you want to convince us to provide project files, you can join the 
Bakefile thread, or seek out something else like it and present it to 
the list for consideration.  Outside of some generator like that, we 
will not be providing project files.

config.h is generated automatically, and it is only for autotools-based 
systems.  If you are using it on Windows, SOMETHING IS WRONG.
