I'll wait for 2.0.3a. release due till build fails.
My suggestion has this backgorund :

In Team based development each dev/pc has different install dir for
mysqlpp. So this path can't be stored in prj settings and needs to be
setup as global path in vc. Having one dir for debug and release both
needs to be added . Now order counts. When both configs use same name
for .lib and .dll each and everytime first entry will be used when prj
refers to mysql.lib.
This can be avoided using mysqld.lib for debug and mysql.lib for release.
Maybe someone will point out a better solution ?
Forcing each pc to use same install dir is not an option to me. So
Project includes need to be path independed.
