Subject:	AnonCVS instructions on front page

I think the CVS instructions on http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/ are
incorrect, instead of 

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/mdbtools
login

it should be

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvsroot/mdbtools login

as projects.sourceforge.net does not have a CVS server running.
