I'm a bit confused about where this is coming from. I made a change
that removed all the old cruft from acinclude.m4 for old broken
autoconf's (reported on BSD originally I think). Anyway, can you
1) do an "ls -l acinclude.m4"
2) do an "ls -l libtool ltmain.sh aclocal.m4" after running autogen.sh
3) "./libtool --version" from the tree root after running autogen.sh
4) "rm -f aclocal.m4 ltmain.sh libtool; ./autogen.sh" and see if
anything changes.
