problem: system cannot start

Hello everyone.

I've got a problem while starting database after system power failure.
Kernel cannot go to online mode, only admin state is available. If I
try to switch to online mode i have the following records in knldiag:

I tried to check data with update, but kernel crashed with the same
errors in knldiag. And there is Data-5-36405.bad file near knldiag.
Please, help me to sole this kind of error.
