We do no longer support 7.4.03 due to the change to the GPL for the
clients. Because of this, the sapdb-743 tree hasn't been updated since
March 2004 and has been removed recently. You can still download the
last 7.4.03 release including sources from
ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/7.4.
