weird behaviour when recreating bad indexes: msg#00271db.maxdb
Hi, I have a table A with column (c1,c2) as Primary Key. C1 and c2 also have unique indexes on them individually. Other tables have a FK to A. (Tables were created in ORCALE mode on SAPDB 7.3.0.48) If the unique indexes go bad on table A, recreation fails from dbmgui saying FKs cannot refer a Unique index. Is this a bug? Is there a way to force the recreation of bad indexes? Regards, Ajit P.S. Could someone explain why Indexes go bad??
