RE: 'select * from (select * from table order by field)' doesn't work: msg#00241db.maxdb
Hello Alexei, 'ORDER BY' clauses in sub-selects (as usually used in Oracle for achieving the results you want) never worked for MaxDB/SAP DB. There is only the "trick" of fetching only the first n result rows from a result available.
