Problems with DOMAIN user

I've built a recent 7.5 version of MaxDB, have initialized the database and
now trying to load the system tables. Initially it's failing with "WRONG
DOMAIN PASSWD". 

I deleted <wrk>/dbm.upc and config/<SID>.upc, conntected via

# dbmcli -s -u control,control -d HOTEL
# db_state
# load_systab -u superdba,admin -ud domain

and it's still failing with the same error messages (WRONG DOMAIN PASSWD).

I created the domain user manually with

# user_create domain,domain

and issued another time the load_command, it comes now back with 

dbmcli on HOTEL>load_systab -u superdba,admin -ud domain

-25005 is "Error when logging user user on the database".


HOw can I get the system tables loaded when the domain user is not initially
created? The DB was created using dbmgui 7.5.0-B018.
