Choosing A Webhost:
A web hosting service is a type of Internet hosting service that allows individuals and organizations to provide their own website accessible via the World Wide Web. Web hosts are companies that provide space on a server they own for use by their clients as well as providing Internet connectivity, typically in a data center. Web hosts can also provide data center space and connectivity to the Internet for servers they do not own to be located in their data center, called colocation. more...

db.maxdb

Subject: RE: SAPDBFields_Field.cpp:37 offset... (I'm stuck)

Replying to my own post...

I modified some source files and I don't get any heap dump any more but the
system still can't get activated. Since all the debug stuff is too much for
the list I uploaded all the knl*- and dbm*- files here:

ftp://ftp.aubi.de/pub/sapdb/MaxDB/76/debug

The diff against the tree as of today is on

ftp://ftp.aubi.de/pub/sapdb/MaxDB/76/diff_20042012_3

It would be great if someone may have a look and give me an idea how to
proceed from here.

The commands issued were

# x_server start
# dbmcli -u <dbm>,<passwd> -d TTT db_admin -s
# dbmcli -u <dbm>,<passwd> -d TTT db_activate superdba,admin

*sigh*
