RE: BACKINT for SAPDB and BACKINT for Oracle: msg#00275db.maxdb
Hello Andreas, SAP DB and MaxDB are setting the environment variable BI_BACKUP to the values FULL, PARTIAL and ARCHIVE to give Backint for SAPDB/MaxDB and Backint for Oracle a hint about the type of backup. You should be able check that, by replacing your Backint for Oracle temporarily with a program, that lists the environment. If you can verify that BI_BACKUP is set to different values for data and log backups, please research what is necessary, such that TSM's Backint for Oracle uses these hints.
