Extracting triggers with sql statement: msg#00274db.maxdb
Hallo, we use SapDB 7.4.0.32 with some triggers. To transfer the Data and Control (triggers und sequences) we tried to use isql for tablenames, sequences and triggers, but loadercli for the data. The new Database is Maxdb 7.5.0.19 in UNICODE mode. everything works fine, exept extracting the triggers with isql. Triggers with a definition legth of about 400 character and more are returned empty. This behevior is with both version of the Database. A way around, is to use loadercli to extract the triggers also. The sql statement used is: SQL> select DEFINITION from triggers where triggername='TRG_INSERT_ADDITION' adding the TABLENAME to the statement does not solve the problem. Since no error is returned, it is hard to find out if the result is ok or not. Any clues?
