Error in CREATE <table> AS with Subquery

Hello,

it seems to be a problem to create a table with a subquery in the query 
expression.

Example:

CREATE TABLE test1 (
 id1 INTEGER
)

CREATE TABLE test2 (
 id2 INTEGER
)

CREATE TABLE test3
AS
SELECT * FROM test1 t1,
(SELECT * FROM test2) t2
WHERE t1.id1=t2.id2

When I execute the third statement (table test3), the instance shut down 
and display the following message:
General error;800 Implicit SERVERDB restart (connection aborted)

What's the matter?
