Error 4008 while connecting by ADO/ODBC

Hello,

I have some trouble connecting to a SapDB database (7.4.0.32)
from ADO with the last odbc driver (7.4.3.33)
I get this error at the connection
> [SAP AG][SQLOD32 DLL][SAP DB] Invalid authorization
specification;-4008 POS(1)
> Unknown user name/password combination

If I try to connect to the same instance with a bde-odbc bridge, I'm
able to connect
with the same user name/password.
And same thing

What really troubles me is that I don't get this error if I install the
old odbc driver 7.4.3.27 with this SapDB instance: I'm able to connect
from ADO.

Is this behavior due to the modifications made since the 7.4.03.27?
As I can use the old Odbc driver, I'm not blocked by this problem, but
what will I do if some of the problems corrected by the new versions
appear?
