maxdb and Windows ODBC driver: msg#00213db.maxdb
Hi all;... ...while searching for a new database backend to replace MS SQL Server as the platform hosting our document management system, I am currently trying to get maxdb up and running for that. Installation and configuration of the db server itself on Debian GNU/Linux went pretty well (good jobs, folks!), now I am messing around with the ODBC driver on MS Windows NT 4.0 Server (where the dms still lives). Problem: The dms needs user authentification for accessing the ODBC data source to be configured within the ODBC configuration, but while setting up a SAP-ODBC - based ODBC DSN, I haven't yet found a way how to get this configured. Can anyone point me out how to get this done? Thanks, Kris -- Kristian Rink -- Programmierung/Systembetreuung planConnect GmbH * Strehlener Str. 12 - 14 * 01069 Dresden 0176 24472771 * krink@xxxxxxxxxxx -- MaxDB Discussion Mailing List For list archives: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb To unsubscribe: http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb?unsub=gcdm-maxdb@xxxxxxxxxxx
