How do you get the Firebird .net 2 provider to work with Visual Basic 2005
Express? Can you use the visual studio provider?
I tried to install the Visual Studio SDK with VB Express 2005, but it says
it's not valid for that version of Visual Studio.
I once tried the packageless registry settings with Visual Studio Prof.
and it did not work. The only way I could get the Visual Studio provider
to work was to install the Visual Studio SDK. I would prefer to use the
free VB express because I only got an evaluation version of Visual Studio
2005.
I thought it was only possible to use Access and SQL Server Express with
VB Express.
