While it's not working yet, i'm adding the files to the CVS in
NETProvider_20/installer

It has a SharpDevelop project file ( while i'm not using the wix version
that comes with SharpDevelop 2.2.1 )

It maybe with more people reviewing it we can finish it in a more easy
way :)
