Well Carlos didn't like the idea of the installer ( that should be used
for development machines only
into other reasons because it's using gacutil to install the assembly )
doing this
( modifying a .net configuration file )
What people can do then ?? Include the provider in their won installer
and doing there all the modifications
their need or include the provider configuration in their ap.config file
( that will work as well as if you modify
the machine.config.

Danm few free time :P, i want to finish the installer i was doing using
Wix and forget gi2 ...
