WebDB 2005 continues the long tradition of WebDB workshops as a
premier international forum that promotes novel research on
next-generation information systems and encourages interaction between
the database and other Web-related research communities. Of special
relevance to WebDB 2005 is the theme of large-scale data integration:
fundamental issues, new perspectives from the AI and IR fields, and
novel integration paradigms.
