CFP IDEAS04 - Correction in URL for ConfSys

There was a typo in the URL of the ConfSys site in the following message.

To respond to your requests, the deadline for IDEAS04 is extended as
follows:

Deadline to register as an author with ConfSys at

https://confsys.concordia.ca/ideas04

January 30, 2004 (2300Hours EST, 1800Hours UTC)

Deadline to upload your paper (or update an already uploaded paper with a
corrected or revised version)  to ConfSys

January 31, 2004 (2300Hours EST, 1800Hours UTC)

When you register with ConfSys, it emails you a one time password, which
could be used to log into the system and reset the password to whatever you
want(pl. record your password and userID, you will need to see the progress
of the review process for your paper etc.).

If you have any problems with registering or uploading, please send
an email to:

 admin at confsys.concordia.ca
