Scope
 The conference provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia,
 indus try and government to present their latest research findings in any 
 aspects of  computer networks and mobile computing. Topics of interest 
 include, but are not limited to:

 - Wireless Networks  
 - Protocol Design and Analysis
 - Mobile Computing   
 - Admission/Congestion/Flow Control
 - Multimedia Systems 
 - Quality of Service
 - Internet and Web Applications 
 - Routing and Scheduling
 - Optical Networks

Paper Submission
 Form of Manuscript: 
  Not to exceed 25 double-spaced, 8.5 x 11-inch pages (including figures, 
  tables and references) in 10-12 point font. Number each page. Include an 
  abstract, five to ten keywords, the technical area(s) most releva nt to 
  your paper, and the corresponding author's e-mail address. 
 Electronic Sub mission: 
  Web-based submissions are required. Please see the conf erence web page 
  for details.

 Submission Deadline May 1, 2003
 Author Notification July 1, 2003
 Final Manuscript Due August 1, 2003

Tutorials
 Tutorials will be held on Monday, October 20, 2003. Proposals for tutorials
