Authors are requested to register the abstract of their papers by June 1, 2003 and to submit the full paper electronically before June 15, 2003. For paper registration and electronic submission please use the conference website. The length of the paper should not exceed 12 pages for full papers and 5 pages for short papers, and demos. Papers must be formatted in A4 with Time fonts of size 11. The printing area should be 14.66cm x 24.62cm. Submissions should be in PDF or MS Word formats. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. All accepted conference papers would be published by an International Publisher with ISBN. Selected papers will be further considered for publication in a special issue in an international journal.
